Matt is an award winning entrepreneurial hospitality leader with over 20 years of experience in numerous areas of restaurant management, private events, private clubs, concessions, marketing, menu creation, and food and beverage relationship management. Matt has spent his career surrounded by the best and brightest in the hospitality business, rising quickly at Cheesecake Factory, Matt was hand picked to lead the development of The Grand Lux Cafe concept, working side by side with David Overton and others to create an incredible dining experience! Matt's love of live music led him to have two different tenures with House of Blues, ultimately leading the West Coast Operations both in San Diego and Anaheim, and co-founding "Local Brews, Local Grooves" in 2009.  Matt has built and mentored teams at all levels and has been a catalyst for creating extraordinary guest experiences with food, beer, spirits and live music.
